The founder and owner of INCENTO, Ms. Patricia Ruppert, born in Koblenz, Germany in 1962, is a certified engineer holding also an MBA degree (UK).

Her professional experience includes more than twenty years of international cooperation with the European Commission, the World Bank, Loan Office for Reconstruction (Frankfurt) and other donors, public institutions, ministries, embassies and international organisations.  

From 1987 till 1991, Ms. Ruppert worked as a project manager for the engineering company Obermeyer Planen und Beraten and was responsible for the implementation of large-sized infrastructure projects. From 1992 till 2001, she was in charge of the International Project Department of the Law Office Professor Ruppert & Collegen in Karlsruhe.  

Since 1994, as a Managing Director of the German-Belarusian House (Deutsch-Weißrussische Haus gGmbH), she has devoted much time and effort develop this non profit organisation which is based in the Office for Economic Development of Karlsruhe and has an office in Minsk/ Belarus. In 2001, Ms. Ruppert founded INCENTO with headquarters in München. 

Ms. Ruppert and her young, motivated and multilingual team with professional skills in project management, EU law, financial management, and PR & Communications are ready to provide you goal-oriented and qualified assistance on all stages of project cycle, from elaboration of the project idea to submission of the final report for your project.  

INCENTO is also a competent partner for the donors (European Commission, EU Delegations, national technical secretariats, etc.) in such areas as elaboration of support programmes, selection of projects, ensuring sustainability of EU rules, analysis of their impact and implementation feasibility (from the point of view of both applicants and beneficiaries).
